Nick Holt – owner and Head Chef at Dorset Fine Dining can provide his skills, to produce a wide range of dishes for any occasion.

With over 20 years experience, Nicks career took off after being trained in classical French cuisine under the first British Chef to gain a Michelin Star with the Roux brothers at Le Poulbot in London. Since then, he has worked at a number of prestigious hotels in London and the South West, notably achieving two AA Rosettes at The Grange at Oborne, Dorset in 2009.

Covering the South of UK, Dorset Fine Dining are experts at catering for all kinds of occasions, from Weddings and Events to Dinner Parties.
