Well only five more days until my last Dorset wedding of the season. The couple have chosen slow roasted shoulder of pork with local apple juice and herbs, selection of salads, apple sauce, crackling, followed by a buffet of miniature desserts to include crumbles, fresh fruit, brûlée and a few retro sweets to set it off. A big thanks to food stuff for the fantastic miniature pots and spoons etc i will be using. Then finally a buffet of local cheeses, crackers, bread and fruit to run along side a bar dedicated to local beers, ciders and wines.
This will be a great day and hopefully weather will will be on their side.
Looking forward to next years weddings, parties and events, I have a few lined up and things are looking great, my production kitchen is now finished just outside of Sherborne allowing myself and my business partner Howard Lloyd great versatility and with the use of a kitchen in central London we are able to cover weddings and functions all over the south west and London inclusive.
